McCaskey students might seem normal to you. You may look at the student body and view a normal group of students. In my quest to find and befriend truly heroic individuals, I’ve stumbled upon a few truly Enlightened people, who use their profound intellectual fortitude to bring out the best in those around them.
Xavier Smith is a Hegelian, Anti-moralist, pantheist alternative educator, who seeks to bring the intuitive spirit of Franco-Chinese culture to humans, so they can properly combat what he believes to be the true enemy of life as we know it: White Women.
During my interview with Smith, he elaborated on his discontent with white women further: “they are awful at being anti-moralist, which crumbles the external perspective to the world that America enjoyed for so long becomes less protective”, He stated matter-of-factly.
Besides his problem with American demographics, Smith is a political activist, who shows grit in his “town crier” approach. When talking about Xavier as an enigma, we must discuss his choice in political candidate, Maryland millionaire, John Delaney. It’s important to note that Smith shares a spiritual perspective with Delaney, as they are essentially two sides of the same coin. “He could do everything Biden does but better,” he claims.
After my introductory remarks and questions, Smith and I had a general discussion about his tastes relating to art, food, culture, and general life here at McCaskey.
To initiate the discussion, I asked Smith about his unorthodox behavior, like walking sideways in the hallway. He graciously elucidated the true benefits to me in true Xavier fashion. “It’s good for the economy, he says”. “I take up less space, and so I let others express themselves in a more Germanic manner”. Smith explained to me that the theories and philosophical texts he’s read allow him to understand “Physical Geometry” and study human form. Smith went on to explain how his philosophical muses influence his political view. “There is no reason for any intellectual to not be a pantheist ”, Smith stated. He went on to explain that spirituality and religion play a large role in his intelligence and conception of knowledge. To quote Smith directly, his knowledge comes in the form of “Divine intuition”
My interview with Xavier Smith taught me that grades or academic marks say very little about an individual’s intelligence and worth in a school environment. The message Smith provides about enlightenment, intellectualism, and philosophical concepts is priceless and should be revered by the entire student body.
