Elisabeth Palacios is known as a kind hearted, hardworking student who is also thoughtful
and open minded, and plays an important role to the McCaskey community. As a senior in
McCaskey and the Vidette Editor, Elisabeth looks forward to spending her last year helping her
peers in McCaskey’s Vidette newspaper class. Most importantly helping her newspaper peers
find their own unique writing style.

Around the McCaskey campus Elisabeth is known as thoughtful, open minded, and kind.
Mrs. Mappone, the newspaper teacher described Elisabeth as “She is a quiet force who
possesses the good qualities of a leader who allows you to express yourself while also lending
a helping hand.” She is excited to write about the untold stories all over McCaskey campus.
A quote that Elisabeth follows is “If you don’t stand for anything, you’ll fall for anything.” –
Alexander Hamilton. She likes this quote because of its meaning to be yourself and don’t let
anyone fool you.
